PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Service Delivery Coordinator coordinates Field Service Teams, managing client appointments, ensuring quality customer service, and assisting with scheduling, route planning, and job card completion. Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and schedule appointments for site surveys, installations, service callouts, and removals, ensuring client requirements are met. Drive productivity and maintain high service quality to meet client expectations. Ensure accurate and timely updates to tickets, with complete job cards for all tasks. Plan technician routes efficiently to optimize service delivery. Facilitate clear communication between clients and technicians to ensure smooth operations. Track the progress of daily appointments, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Escalate client concerns to senior staff for fast resolution. Ensure all tickets/job cards are properly closed and invoices are checked for accuracy. Produce and present detailed daily and weekly reports on appointment status and performance.
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills: 2 to 3 years in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office. Strong planning, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns. Knowledge of company services and departments. Self-disciplined, motivated, and organized. Background in the telecommunications industry.
Education Requirements: Grade 12. Specialized certifications will be advantageous.
