Requirements:Matric / Technical qualificationTrade Test or Workshop Diploma / Certificate advantageous3-5 years relevant workshop experienceKnowledge of the Mining, Construction and Earthmoving EquipmentValid drivers LicenseMust come from Mining, Earthmoving, Construction or a similar industryDuties will include:Manage all workshop and field service functionsMaintenance of tools, equipment and material in service areaHandle warranty claims, job costing, quotations, product supportAttend to service and breakdown issuesInspect quality of Technicians workReview customer service ordersEnsure that daily maintenance and upkeep of the branch is adhered toCustomer relationship development
