CORE PURPOSE OF JOB To effectively execute the office and intercampus moves, venue set ups and adhoc furniture requests for the PE
Campuses.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Execution of Inter Campus office/furniture moves, venue set ups, ADHOC furniture seet ups (Functions)Administration (attendance register, weekly reports)Stock ManagementSupervise casual workers when neededExecute the collection of type and recycling requestOccupational Health and Safety/Vehicle safetyDelivery of hygiene consumable and chemicalsCORE COMPETENCIES Good supervisory skillsStrong written and verbal communications skillsStrong people management and customer services skillsGood planning and organisational SkillsPosses the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situationsGood working knowledge of MS Office, E-MAIL and InternetWilling to work during the university vacation period, after hours and public holidaysThe ability to work independently and unsupervised on a daily basisMust be physically fit annual medical is requiredMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 or equivalent (e.g.
