Service Controller (Nelspruit)

Qualifications and Skills:- Grade 12 - Experience with inventory management and billing systems is advantageous.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Strong communication and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities:Log service calls and generate Customer Repair Orders for PBX systems and copiers.Manage stock orders and handle Goods Received Vouchers (GRV) for incoming stock.Create sales orders and process client invoices.Prepare quotations for cash on delivery (COD) clients.
