Service Controller

Minimum requirements: Matric At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the office automation industry Previous experience with PBX systems and copier services Experience in stock control and inventory management Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation Main responsibilities: Log service calls and create customer repair orders for PBX systems and copiers Order and GRV incoming stock Create sales orders and invoice clients Prepare quotations for COD clients Process part requests from technicians Handle dealer calls and invoice dealer services Manage stock control Oversee PBX billing by posting readings on Fincon Collect meter readings from clients and manage copier billing using Fincon Calculate travel charges weekly and invoice clients Provide top-notch customer service Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
