Deal, let's go!Your role.To ensure effective service delivery within the Mobile Mining Repair business, leading to increased customer satisfaction and profitable business growth. The Service Consultant acts as a trusted expert that the customer relies on to deliver exceptional service at all times.Plans and conducts repair activities to improve customer business operations by applying appropriate solutions and business methodologies.Elicits and evaluates customer requirements and contributes to developing the service portfolio further.Has in-depth knowledge of mobile mining and rotating equipment industries and Innomotics service offering.May be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities and innovating mobile mining portfolio.Act as primary contact between customers, Innomotics, and subcontractorsMaintain accurate tracking of all repair requests, quotations, operations and warrantiesAct as technical advisor to repair partners and conduct technical review of technical assessments provided by partnersPrepare and/or validate repair quotationsProactively identify trends that may indicate quality or operational issues and assist customers to address these to avoid unplanned breakdownsManage relationship with internal business partners and factoriesEnsuring spares availability and issuing of spares to Service Providers through proactive inventory management, forecasting and supply chain managementYour profile.National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years in service operations repairing electrical rotating equipment in the mining industryFamiliarity with mobile mining equipment (experience with major OEM's is an advantage)Knowledge of Traction Motors and electrical systems on Diesel-electric Haul Trucks or other heavy equipmentKnowledge and application of manufacturing and repair quality management principlesMechanical / Electrical failure analysisMake your mark in our exciting world. #JoinReliableMotion #TeamInnomoticsAs an equal-opportunity employer we are happy to consider applications from individuals with disabilities.
