To monitor Service Centre Coordinator's performance to ensure excellent client service is provided.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASSupervise a team of MHR Service Centre Coordinators during shiftsAddress client staffing requests and coordinate placements/cancellations of MHR Panel MembersREQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12DESIRED EDUCATION: NoneREQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:6 months experience in leading a teamDESIRED EXPERIENCE:3 months service centre team leader experienceREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEBasic understanding of the scope of practice of healthcare workersDemonstrate a good understanding of relevant legislation (i.e. Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act (LRA), etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplaceProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systemsThe ability to manage a small team to achieve departmental goalsExceptional client service skills and sound client service experience.
