The Service Campaign Coordinator will work between the service department and marketing department to push campaigns, information, and offers to customers.
Very strong communication skills as well as high levels of competence in Excel are required.
Must have the ability to work through data on Excel.
As the Service Campaign Coordinator you will be responsible for: Assist with gathering data from various internal and external sources;Assist with maintaining data quality and integrity;Support the team with documenting solutions;Assist with generating information and insights from data sets;Create visualisations to present data insights in an understandable and actionable manner;Create charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data to help stakeholders;Assist with gathering input from stakeholders to ensure the data solutions provided meet their needs;Support and execute on initiatives and campaigns resulting from data and insights;Communicate with customers on extended warranties.Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);Certification in relevant software or analytics tools (advantageous);Knowledge of data cleaning, validation, and transformation techniques;Familiarity with data visualization best practices.What we will offer in return: You will support our vision to be the most trusted partner in driving healthier outcomes for people facing mobility challenges.
