Service Appointment Coordinator / Service Receptionist

We are looking for an outgoing and high energy individual to join our team as Service Appointment Coordinator and Service Receptionist. You will interact with our customers every day via phone calls and emailing, as well as daily phone calls to help our Service team set up appointments with customers who are waiting for special order parts arrival to complete repairs.

Listen to the customer, answer their questions, and schedule customers appropriately. Schedule appointments and update customer/vehicle information using the dealer management system. Perform post-service visit follow-up calls. Schedule customer appointments when special order parts arrive.
