Operational Expertise: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to high standards.

Minimum requirements:
Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant setting.
Knowledge of Food and Beverage Operations: Familiarity with restaurant management practices, menu planning, and inventory control.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with guests and staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
