Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join a well-established automotive brand in Mpumalanga. You will be responsible for managing service bookings, customer inquiries, and coordinating with the service department to ensure excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and assess their service needs.Schedule and manage service appointments.Provide accurate cost estimates and service timelines.Maintain customer records and service histories.Update customers on service progress and manage warranty claims.Promote additional services as needed.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor.Strong communication and customer service skills.Organized with attention to detail.Knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures.Valid driver's license and own transport.Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.Benefits:Competitive salary, incentives, and company benefits.To apply, send your CV to trudi
