Service Advisor – Bolton - £30,000 + Bonus – Main Dealership Our client, a main dealership is looking for a high-performing Service Advisor to join their dynamic and successful Aftersales team in BoltonThe Service Advisor role comes with a competitive salary of 30,000 plus bonus with an excellent benefits package.Company Benefits Scheme,Company Pension,Performance BonusKey Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional mannerAdvise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertakenSell additional products as appropriate to customers' needsAdvise on timescales and collection arrangementsProduce job cards on the in-house computer systemUpdate customer and vehicle recordsDocument all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policyPreparation and completion of invoicesMinimum Service Advisor Requirements:Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similarAn ability to sell additional products and services to customerExperience in using commercial databasesExcellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceThe ability to manage multiple tasksService Advisor – Bolton - £30,000 + Bonus – Main Dealership
