Service Advisor

Service Advisor required for a dealership based in East London. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Greet customers and assess their service needs. Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar. Communicate with customers about repair status, estimates, and recommendations. Collaborate with technicians to understand service requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history. Provide outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Promote service specials and additional services to customers. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; automotive background preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of automotive systems is a plus. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
