The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, a strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Minimum Requirements: Matric or equivalent Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, parts, and industry-specific terminology.Familiarity with service management software (e.g., TMS, AUDATEX) is advantageous. Duties and Responsibilities:Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing repair updates, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.Repair Coordination: Work with technicians to relay repair requirements and timelines to customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the repair process.Estimate Preparation: Prepare and communicate service estimates to customers, explaining repair costs and timelines in a clear and friendly manner.Service Scheduling: Manage and prioritize service appointments, maintaining a steady workflow and optimizing technician schedules.Software Use: Utilize service management software (e.g., TMS, AUDATEX) to maintain accurate records and manage repair timelines effectively.Customer Follow-up: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any outstanding needs or feedback.
