Details of the offer

Job Role:
The successful candidates' core function will be a support role to the Service Help desk, maintenance contract desk and workshop administration requirements.

Procedure & Responsibilities: Creating, managing, and invoicing of monthly Maintenance Contracts. Load test schedule and report. Ensuring certificates are uploaded on the system. Invoicing of Retail, Maintenance, and Internal invoices. Pulling required reports off the system for Managers. Oversee the Call Monitoring System in the Call Centre. Collection/Invoicing of excess Hours. Sorting customer queries. General Service Admin functions. Qualifications and Competencies Required: Matric. Must have a minimum 5 years' relevant experience with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Must have an outgoing personality to work with technicians, foremen and customers. Must have the ability to work fast and accurate under pressure. Knowledge of Autoline and Qlikview an advantage. Good with customers.
