We are seeking a Senior Customer Engineer in Durban.
The purpose of this position is to provide the necessary identity and access management administration across all business applications and technology platforms with a keen focus on Microsoft Active Directory and additional cloud systems. This position forms part of the End User Computing System Support function and is required to assist with improving the governance profile of the ICT division at Client site, while working closely with the members of the various IT teams.
Requirements:
Grade 12 (NQF 4) with relevant IT Certification
4 years' IT support and server experience
MCSA/MCSE
Microsoft Azure
Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 administration; Experience using AD manager Plus and SharePoint advantageous; ServiceNow or similar ITIL tool.
Perform Identity Access Management administration (provisioning, de-provisioning, account monitoring, access reviews and authentication support) of the Identity and Access Management lifecycle across Active Directory and additional cloud systems.
Maintain operations delivering key support services to end users by communicating.
Maintain, promote and enforce adherence to service delivery requirements and standards as well as SLA compliance.
Strong administrative ability and high attention to detail.
Partner with application developers and IT administrators to on-board new applications and systems into the identity and access management framework.
Understanding of Kerberos, Web Services, Wireless Networks, AD, LDAP, NTFS permissions etc.
Sound technical knowledge of IAM tools and processes, including: Identity and Access Management, Director / Meta directory services, Single Sign-On (SSO).
Provide security expertise/consultation when required.
Assisting with ICT projects (technical, business etc.).
