Microsoft Server Support Responsibilities:
Assisting with escalations from support engineers.Preventative maintenance (Patch management).Device hardening and vulnerability management.Backup management.Antivirus management.Qualifications: MCSETertiary IT qualification5+ years of senior Microsoft Server support experienceProblem identification and solution-findingTechnologies: Azure, M365, VMware vSphere, MS Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, Citrix, F5, FortiADC, Microsoft, Linux, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, SCCM, Veeam, Backup Exec, N-Central, SCOM, PRTG, WhatsUp, SolarWinds, Nagios, Quest.
Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
Experience required: Between 3 - 5 Years.
