The Server and Cyber Security Manager is accountable for all server infrastructure, Data Centers, and cyber security (both Information Technology IT and Operational Technology OT) across the organisation. The Manager is responsible for delivering agreed uptime, database services, backup, recovery, Data Centre (including managing Cloud providers) in addition to cyber security responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesManage Server InfrastructureManage all server infrastructure including iSeries and standard servers to industry standards.Provide 24 x 7 x 365 support on iSeries, standard server infrastructure, and invoice printers to support continuous business operations (Supply Chain, Production, Logistics).Manage all Data Centres (both Clover owned and hosted with 3rd parties).Ensure 99% infrastructure uptime.Provide server support for warehouse management infrastructure.Ensure server infrastructure goals are aligned to business goals.Ensure accurate server asset management.Drive server business continuity.Define policies and procedures to optimize server infrastructure.Drive Optimisation on Strategic ProjectsSupport CIO to plan and execute the IT strategy in support of Clover business strategy.Improve user self-service to reduce call load to the IT Service Desk.Reduce long-term costs.Drive cost efficiencies in all contracts.Maintain Internal Service DeliveryIdentify global Cloud trends in Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) that are applicable to Clover and drive adoption of these.Cultivate relationships with IT service providers to broaden the supplier pool.Ensure server, backup, restore, and Data Centre services meet SLA.Participate in and lead (where required) RFIs and RFPs related to IT solutions.Pro-actively eliminate technical debt through constant upgrades of technology.Provide database administration services.Ensure optimal security and protection is afforded to the server infrastructure.Lead Project ManagementPlan, motivate for, and manage the capex and opex budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and return on investment.Deliver projects on time, scope, budget, and to user satisfaction.Ensure projects are managed within budget.Deliver business cases to executive management for IT operations projects and solutions.Manage Team Efficiencies and CollaborationCreate a culture of high performance and supportive team dynamics within IT to deliver superb customer service to Clover business.Establish, communicate, manage, and enforce appropriate IT operational best practices through policies and standard operating procedures.Improve team skill levels and eliminate key person dependencies.RequirementsDegree.Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes at the required level.Experience in working with senior management.People management experience.Creating and managing capex and opex budgets.Vendor management.
