The ideal candidate is driven by the thrill of closing deals, has a deep understanding of digital marketing and a knack for connecting businesses with the solutions they need to dominate online.
You'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals.
This is a soft-sale role as their product sells itself while having competitive pricing within the market.
Key Responsibilities: Lead generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients who could benefit from our client's SEO services through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media Client engagement: Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers, understanding their needs and how our client's services can help them achieve their goals.
Sales presentations: Understand our client's customer needs and present solutions to meet those needs by delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our client's SEO strategies.
Closing deals: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by converting leads into clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our client's SEO services and negotiating contracts.
Client retention: Ensure client satisfaction by staying engaged with their progress and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimise sales strategies and processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements 3+ years proven experience in sales or similar role, particularly in SEO, digital marketing, or related fields.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to meet the needs of different clients.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and tools.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Strong closing skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Comfortable with using technology and virtual communication platforms.
Highly organised with strong time management skills.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in a remote sales role is highly preferred.
