Job Description:
As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies (for more than 15 brands) to improve our website's search engine rankings and drive organic traffic, helped by 2 SEO assistants. You will work closely with the Web Design and Communications teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
· Monthly SEO reports (traffic, leads, performance, keywords. etc.)
· Keyword research and monitoring
· Content strategising to improve traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
· Manage and implement tracking for all websites through and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Matomo Analytics
· On-page and off-page SEO
· Manage and update Google / BING Business Profile listings
· Create and manage Instagram / Facebook campaigns
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years)
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Matomo – French version of GA, Microsoft Excel, Keyword Hero)
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A sharp eye for detail and an analytical mindset
