Job Title: SEO ManagerLocation: Cape TownWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANYA South African digital services provider, partnering with French and international companies to elevate their online presence, are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join their team and drive targeted traffic for clients across more than 15 brands and three continents.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORDevelop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic, supported by two SEO assistantsCollaborate closely with the Web Design and Communications teams to align efforts with business objectives, using data-driven insights to optimize performanceProduce monthly SEO reports (traffic, leads, performance, keywords, etc.)Conduct and monitor keyword researchDevelop content strategies to boost traffic, lead generation, and conversionsManage and implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Matomo AnalyticsExecute on-page and off-page SEO tacticsManage and update Google/Bing Business Profile listingsPlan and manage campaigns on Instagram and FacebookWHO YOU AREBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in an SEO Manager or similar roleProficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Matomo, Microsoft Excel, Keyword Hero)Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factorsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsNative-level fluency in English or French
