Job Description
Mission: Monitor the company's operational dispatch procedures, reporting directly to the CECOER. Execute the remote operation of assets, ensuring the safety of people, environment, assets and maximise profits.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficiency of the control centre, achieving the CECOER objectives.
Ensure the correct execution of processes with control methodologies and audits.
Monitor the technical needs with all other areas of the CECOER.
Provide support when managing customers, contracts and service bills issued and submitted to CECOER.
Supervise the cost control procedures associated with the Control Centre.
Provide support during the relations between different departments of Red, REE, Iberdrola and other associated bodies.
Identify needs, incidents and improvements of the Operation service and transmit/propose them to the Operations Manager.
Maintain and improve the process quality.
Lead with a proactive approach, ensuring compliance with the safety strategy and code of ethics, as established in ACCIONA's policies, procedures and practices.
Comply and ensure compliance with the best environmental practices through the prevention and minimisation of adverse environmental impacts and the preservation of natural resources, reducing the environmental footprint of the company's activities.
Comply and ensure compliance with the General Safety Regulations and other general QSE requirements and supervise compliance with such regulations and requirements by collaborators.
Lead with example when dealing with colleagues, the team and external staff, supervise the execution of their work to ensure excellence, compliance with the occupational hazard prevention regulations, communication of risks and protection of the environment.

Required Skills and Competencies
Degrees-Certificates/Training: University degree: Science or Engineering. Further training: Additional training on renewable energy plant operation and maintenance.
