The Company aligns operations to the principles of lean manufacturing.Experience10+ years of web development experienceSignificant role in developing a complex web-based application, accounting for scalability, reliability, usability, security, and performance.Experience with front and back-end web technologies.Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, especially in SPA frameworks and back-end NodeJS APIs and services. Front-end experience with VueJS, React, and/or React Native is useful.Keen interest or experience with Ruby on Rails is a huge bonus, as The Company uses Rails on several projects.Experience with C# (.NET Core, .NET 8.0+) for back-end APIs or services where performance is critical.Experience with MySQL or any other relational database service, considering concurrency and scalability.Familiarity with Redis.Experience with RabbitMQ for real-time messaging.Proficiency in Git.Experience with TDD, including writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.Experience using Docker is useful.
