We are looking for a driven and curious Senior Water Treatment Engineer in the Northwest.
As part of our team, you'll engage as a subject matter expert in drinking water and reuse treatment technologies.
You'll leverage your expertise in process, pilot scale evaluations, treatment technologies, and applicable regulatory frameworks to collaborate with our team to strategize and deliver meaningful solutions for water treatment project challenges locally, nationally, and across the globe.
You'll also engage in project management, business development, and strategic market/positioning leadership roles as part of our local, regional, and national client engagement, technical solutions, and marketing and sales teams.

Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)Professional Engineer license (P.E.
)A minimum of 7 years of progressive process engineering and project delivery experience in drinking water treatment, including process planning, evaluations, piloting, modeling, and designProven experience working on drinking water treatment projectsRelated project management and task leadership experience, including demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects and tasksFamiliarity with State and Federal government regulatory frameworks related to water treatmentIdeally, you'll also have: Master's or other graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)10 or more years of direct experience in water treatmentProfessional Engineering license in Western United States or ability to transfer PE license (e.g.
California, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, etc.
)Experience as a "seller/doer" identifying, winning, and then leading project teams delivering water treatment projectsA strong network with local municipalities or other water/wastewater clientsJacobs' health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.

The base salary range for this position is $115,400.00 to $201,900.00.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
