Senior Vice President Of Sales

Key Responsibilities:As the Chief Sales Officer at Innovative Solutions Group, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners. You will lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals, analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. You will also prepare regular sales reports to track performance and make adjustments as needed, execute and monitor effective marketing campaigns, and monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to stay ahead. Additionally, you will set and manage the sales team budget and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Requirements and Qualifications:We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and at least 10 years of senior-level sales experience. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales goals, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
