Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.Oversee preparation of and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Oversee insurance and risk management strategies.Manage cash flow to meet company obligations and invest in growth.Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to drive business decisions.Lead and manage the finance team.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business development.Implement financial systems and technology to streamline processes and improve reporting.Oversee financial due diligence and integration processes for significant business transactions. Requirements: CA(SA) qualification.6-8 years post-articles experience.4 years in a leadership role.
