Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectivesOversee the preparation of and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesEnsure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reportsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRSIdentify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate themOversee insurance and other risk management strategiesManage cash flow to ensure the company can meet its obligations and invest in growthAnalyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to drive business decisionsLead and manage the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsProvide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business developmentImplement and manage financial systems and technology to streamline processes and improve reportingOversee financial due diligence and integration processes for mergers, acquisitions, or other significant business transactions Requirements CA(SA) qualification6-8 years post-articles experience4 years in a leadership/similar role
