Our client is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team.
You will design and enhance the visual and user-experience elements of digital products through research, testing, planning, and iteration.
Your role will involve translating high-level requirements into interactive designs, creating attractive, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.Key Responsibilities:Design and Conceptualization: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, using Brand CI and data to drive innovative design decisions.Customer Experience Mapping:Lead the implementation of techniques such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis to identify and address customer pain points.Advise on strategies to improve customer interactions and eliminate negative experiences. Customer Needs/Experience Research:Conduct research and analyze data to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations. Product and Solution Development:Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs, selecting the best approaches within established systems. Internal Client Relationship Management:Manage and build effective relationships with internal clients, providing high-quality professional services to support business strategies and plans. Improvement / Innovation:Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and procedures.
Develop and implement change management plans with guidance from project/program managers. Qualifications:Matric / Grade 12 / SAQA Accredited Equivalent.Relevant design-related qualification (degree/diploma/certificate).
