Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll do:Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all digital products.Reviewing the work of designers across digital and providing direction and feedback.Manage and plan the User Interface Design activities.Your expertise:Bachelor's Degree in Interaction, Graphic, or Industrial Design preferred or in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts.Experience using tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Figma, Framer, and Principle.A minimum of 5 years of professional User Interface design experience, with deep knowledge and skills in generating digital interface outcomes.A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in people and team management.Consulting and Front-end Dev experience advantageous.Experience in Financial Industry Digital and Ecommerce.
