Candidate Requirements:Matric certificate with maths (minimum standard grade or above)Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/hospitality4-5 years experience at a senior levelExperience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting products and services in the inbound travel industryComputer Literate (Microsoft Office, e-mail, Internet)Proven English literacyWorking knowledge of TourPlan and Wetu or similar booking/operating systemGreat product knowledge on Southern & East Africa (Tanzania & Kenya)Personal or educational travel experience requiredExcellent attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and oral, in EnglishThe ability to build relationships with the Private guided Agents and their preferred suppliersLocation: Cape Town, Westlake
