Primary Purpose: You'll be at the heart of creating breathtaking itineraries that are more than just trips – they're pure magic. You'll work closely with agents, deliver premium service, and make every detail count to turn dreams into reality for our discerning guests. From cost-effective designs to region-savvy planning, you'll curate journeys that reflect the wonders of Africa while maintaining our exceptional GP% standards. Your Responsibilities Include: Keeping constant communication with agents and delivering excellence, every time. Building and nurturing agent relationships based on trust, support, and insight. Crafting accurate, detailed itineraries that bring Africa's beauty to life. Ensuring seamless booking confirmations and a smooth handover to operations. Attending product training and knowing our offerings like the back of your hand. Are You the Perfect Fit? Qualifications: Minimum of a matric certificate with maths Tertiary qualification in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Experience: ? 2-4 years in customer relationship management or product development in inbound travel Skilled in TourPlan, WISH, or similar booking/operating systems Skills and Personal Abilities: Exceptional English (additional languages are a plus!)
