With 4-6 years of senior experience, you're a pro at handling customer relationships and crafting exceptional travel journeys in the inbound travel industry. Your knowledge of South and East Africa is unparalleled, with expertise in regions like Cape Town, Garden Route, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, and East Africa. You're tech-savvy with a solid grasp of booking systems like Wilderness Window, TourPlan, and WETU, and you're a wizard with Microsoft Office.
