Who we're looking for:VML is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Traffic Manager to join our dynamic Operations team. As a Senior Traffic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless flow of work within our agency, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative output. You will be a master of organization, a champion of process, and a skilled communicator, adept at collaborating with diverse teams across creative, account management, and production.
What you'll be doing:Ensure that the allocated creative teams have the right time and resources to deliver within the client's time frame.Build respect and loyal commitment of allocated team members, and of the agency as a whole.Manage timesheets for creative teams and oversee the briefing of every applicable job that comes into the necessary department, ensuring timely delivery on each.Track materials, schedule, and forecast the workflow of advertising materials, ensuring all deadlines are met.Serve as a liaison between the Creative and Account Management departments.Approve timelines and ensure quality standards are met.Coordinate daily stand-ups between Creative and Client Service.Have a thorough understanding of the creative process involved.Manage the agency's creative department and workflow.Provide clear communication between Account Management and the Creative Teams.Ensure approval of parties involved if any material changes are made at any stage of a project.What you'll need:Must have a minimum of 3–5 years of agency experience.Agency experience preferable.Digital experience advantageous.At VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
