Who we're looking for:
VML is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Traffic Manager to join our dynamic Operations team. As a Senior Traffic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless flow of work within our agency, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative output. You will be a master of organization, a champion of process, and a skilled communicator, adept at collaborating with diverse teams across creative, account management, and production.
What you'll be doing:
Ensuring that the allocated creative teams have the right time and resources to deliver within the client's time frame.
Building the respect and loyal commitment of allocated team members, and of the agency as a whole.
Timesheet management for creative teams, overseeing the briefing of every job that comes in through to the necessary department and ensuring timely delivery on each.
Tracking materials, scheduling, and forecasting the workflow of advertising materials, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Serving as a liaison between the Creative and Account Management departments.
Approving timelines and ensuring that quality standards are met.
Coordinating daily stand-ups between Creative and Client Service.
Having a thorough understanding of the creative process involved.
Managing the agency's creative department and workflow.
Providing clear communication between Account Management and the Creative Teams.
Ensuring approval of parties involved if any material changes are made at any stage of a project.
What you'll need:
Minimum 3–5 years agency experience.
Agency experience preferred.
Digital experience advantageous.
Chase experience.
