The Senior Technician will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of biometric Time & Attendance and/or Access Control solutions. The role will involve working closely with clients to ensure seamless integration of the ERS solution.QualificationsExperience of 3 to 5 years in implementing and maintaining biometric Time & Attendance and Access Control solutionsKnowledge of hardware and software troubleshootingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in customer support
