The successful candidate will manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, security settings, and compliance policies within M365. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, a deep understanding of M365 governance and best practices, and the ability to provide training and guidance to end-users and IT staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively within a team to optimise the performance and security of M365 services.RequirementsExtensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration and supportStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficiency in managing M365 user accounts, licenses, and permissionsIn-depth knowledge of M365 security, compliance, and governanceAbility to monitor and optimise M365 performanceExperience in documentation and training on M365Collaboration with IT teams for M365 integrationKnowledge of M365 migrations and updatesAwareness of M365 features, updates, and best practicesUnderstanding of industry standards and regulatory complianceProficiency in automation scripting for M365 tasksParticipation in M365-related IT projectsAbility to generate and analyse M365 usage and performance reportsExperience in managing hybrid M365 environmentsCoordination with Microsoft supportLeadership in user adoption and process improvementsRole & ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)Advanced troubleshooting of M365 issuesManage M365 user accounts, licenses, and permissionsConfigure and maintain M365 security and compliance settingsImplement M365 governance and best practicesMonitor and optimise M365 performanceDevelop and maintain M365 documentationProvide training on M365 tools and featuresCollaborate with IT teams for M365 integrationAssist with M365 migrations and upgradesStay updated on M365 features and best practicesEnsure M365 compliance with industry standardsDevelop automation scripts for M365 tasksParticipate in M365 IT projectsGenerate and analyse M365 performance and security reportsRespond to escalated M365 support ticketsManage hybrid M365 environmentsCoordinate with Microsoft support for issue resolutionDevelop and enforce M365 IT policiesLead user adoption initiativesIdentify and implement M365 process improvements
