Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our operations team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at various project sites, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.
This role requires excellent leadership abilities, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing teams on-site.
Tyre experience and knowledge beneficial.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations to ensure that projects are completed on time and within the set standards.
Lead and manage teams, including site workers, contractors, and sub-contractors, to achieve operational efficiency.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to streamline workflow and improve productivity on-site.
Troubleshoot operational issues, address delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and processes to maintain quality control and operational integrity.
Prepare and submit operational reports, including progress updates and resource allocation, to the Operations Manager.
Ensure proper communication and coordination between the site team and other departments.
Manage and allocate resources, such as personnel and equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements: A diploma or degree in, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in site operations, particularly in manufacturing/ tyre industrial settings.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
In-depth knowledge of operational processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficient in using relevant software for project management and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
