Senior Technical Project Manager

As a Razor Labs Technical Project Manager, you will primarily focus on overseeing technological projects within the mining sector, directly at client's sites across Africa, and specifically in South Africa. This role entails close collaboration with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, management of suppliers, procurement management, interface with integrators and work with international teams. Your expertise in project management methodologies and technical understanding will be pivotal in driving project efficiency and excellence. In addition, this position requires flexibility in working hours.

Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in a project management role within the mining, heavy machinery, or similar industrial sectors.Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects from conception through to implementation, particularly in on-site environments.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines effectively.Strong communication skills to act as the primary point of contact between the client and the technical team. Ability to negotiate, persuade, and ensure project alignment with client expectations.Hands-on experience with on-site project execution, including the deployment of technology solutions in remote or challenging environments.Capability to identify, analyze, and solve complex technical problems related to machinery operation, sensor integration, and data interpretation.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. Specialization in mechanical engineering is a plus.
