Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and scalability.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our technical roadmap.Champion best practices in software development, UI design, and agile delivery methodologies.Desired Experience & Qualification7+ years of proven experience in technical domain specialization.Hands-on development experience with a strong understanding of banking systems.Exposure to agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe.Proficiency in UI development, including Angular, HTML, and CSS.Experience with SOA/API, including SOAP and Rest.Familiarity with DevOps toolsets for software releases.Knowledge of JWT (Java Web Tokens), SSLs, and Swagger for service development.Proficient in Lotus Notes/Domino client and web development.Experience with AEM workflow management is a plus.
