Senior Tax Administrator Accountant

Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance for our clients, while displaying excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing top-notch service.Key Responsibilities:Manage full Tax Administration Accounting functionsExpertise in E-filing, Easyfile, and Sage One AccountingPrepare, complete, and submit various tax returns (Individual Income, Company, Provisional, VAT, and Paye returns)Handle correspondence with SARS, including queries, audits, investigations, and track unresolved casesAddress tax dispute resolutions, including objections and appealsSubmit Workmens Compensation, FEM and RMA returns, and resolve queriesMeet all tax deadlines and maintain accurate tax recordsSave files and documents on our One Drive systemCollaborate with the accounting team to integrate tax and accounting servicesRequirements:Must possess own resources like laptop, internet/wifi, cellphone and a vehicleProficiency in computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)Access to One Drive and ability to work on shared filesAvailability and flexibility to work from home and join meetings at clients' locations or assigned premisesProfessional qualification in Accounting, Taxation would be beneficialPrevious experience with SARS, Efiling, and Easyfile is necessaryJob Type: Full-time, Immediate startOur ideal candidate is a team-oriented, resourceful individual with an unmatched attention to detail.
