Role Overview: The Senior Talent Partner will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from creating requisitions to offer negotiations. This role has multiple stakeholders and reports directly to the Managing Director. The "Senior" title and level will mean that your work will tend to be determined with your direct manager with intermittent guidance from your team and peers. Your work will need refinement by your manager and/or team periodically so that we can optimise the output and drive continuous improvement. You should identify opportunities to support and further develop your overall teams capability and dynamics. This can therefore benefit cross-functional engagement both within the team and across the business unit with peers and managers. Your work should understand the customer needs as it aligns to the overall mission. Whilst a lot of work will be routine and finite you should anticipate direct short-term effects to customer needs and look to resolve these. Ensure you explore new methods of fulfilling your role whilst still leveraging predefined solutions.
What You Will Be Doing: Manage job postings and ensure that they follow the company's standards Manage the hiring workflow including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback, collecting documents, and moving candidates through the recruitment funnel Keep candidate records accurate and complete on our ATS (Greenhouse) Coordinating and arranging interviews as well as ensuring interviewer feedback is updated on Greenhouse Providing timely feedback to candidates and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience Using reporting and metrics functions to determine and suggest where improvements can be made Sourcing & researching profiles that match the hiring needs using various channels (Job boards, job posts, LinkedIn) Attending recruitment-related online and offline events (meetups, job fairs) Ensure that all hires adhere to local laws, rules, and regulations What You Need for This Role: 4+ years proven experience as a Talent Acquisition, a recruiter or similar role Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Knowledge of the latest tools and technologies in the recruiting space Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process in a rapidly scaling organization Excellent verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between multiple roles within Kingmakers A passion for data and numbers.
