You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to provide insights on market trends and best practices while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
If you have the following qualifications:
A tertiary qualification (advantageous)5+ years of experience in recruitment across industries such as insurance, financial services, or experience in recruitment agenciesProven experience in using innovative sourcing techniques (not just traditional recruitment channels)Excellent talent sourcing, networking, and organizational skills.We'd love to hear from you!
