Let me fetch the job description for you...Senior Supply Chain Practitioner: Contract Management And Administration Of Logis PaymentsLocation: PretoriaDescription:JOB DESCRIPTIONReceive Bid/ tender documents from Division Demand and AcquisitionNotify the successful service provider by sending the approved appointment letterPrepare contract forms and issue to successful biddersPrepare service level agreement in conjunction with the clientImplement standard operating procedures, SCM policy, and delegations of authority in contract managementEnsure that both client and service provider sign contract forms and SLAsOversee that the lease contract and awarded contract register are updatedCompile circular regarding new treasury/ DPSA directives and inform officials of those directivesPartake and ensure adherence to SCM prescripts during specification meetingsEnsure that Auditors Generals recommendations are implemented as per the instructionEnsure the printing and registering of all invoices upon receiptPut a date stamp on the invoiceDistribute to the officials responsible for paymentsEnsure the invoice tracking is done dailyPerform the pre-authorization of paymentsFollow-up on outstanding invoicesEnsure that what we have paid reconciles with the statementsProvide service providers with payment stubsProvide reasons to management on invoices paid after 30 days and invoice more than 30 days and not paidSubmit contract statistics to management on weekly basisCompile consolidated lease reports for the departmentCompile and update SLA status registerCompile consolidated Financial reports for the departmentJOB REQUIREMENTSQUALIFICATIONSApplicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 (Matric Certificate) and Degree/ National Diploma in Purchasing Management/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)/ Public Administration (Management)/ Logistics Management / Business Management (Administration). A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in Contract Management and Payment management environment.Job-ready knowledge:Supply Chain Framework ActPublic Finance Management Act (PFMA)Treasury RegulationsPPPFA and its associated regulations.
