Senior Supply Chain Manager (5 Year - Ftc)

Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage the supply chain teamDevelop and implement supply chain strategiesOversee inventory managementEnsure compliance with regulationsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholdersManage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.Run the SCM function adopting a strategic partnership model to improve overall organizational performance.Collaborate with senior managers from various units to identify business units' procurement needs and develop annual procurement plans.Job Requirements:Relevant postgraduate qualification and a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or legal field.A minimum of eight (8) years working experience, with at least five (5) years at Management or senior consultant level within a Supply Chain Management environment.Proven experience in supply chain management.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of industry best practices.
