Responsibilities


Supervise daily operations to ensure production targets are met.
Monitor and maintain quality standards in line with company specifications.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
Strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
Proficiency in using production and reporting tools.
