Job Title: Senior Supervisor
Location: Fourways, Johannesburg
Our reputable company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervisor who is fluent in both Afrikaans and English. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial tasks and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
- Draw up accurate financial statements.
- Process books efficiently.
- Handle accounting and tax responsibilities.
- Plan, assign and review staff's work.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bcom degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Caseware, Pastel, Sage, Excel, and Word.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Probation Period:
- Successful candidates will undergo a 3-month probationary period.

Key Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS.
Technically competent accounting knowledge through to Annual Financial Statements.
