Senior Sub Agent – HighwaysSalary: £38000 - 48000

You will require knowledge in the management of staff on a major roads/highways project for a tier one/principal contractor.
Your duties will include:Assisting the Agent when and where requiredManaging and tasking of Site EngineersConveying planned works and ensuring the completion thereofEnforcing method statements and managing the riskMonitoring the budget and compiling cost reportsEnsuring Health and Safety as well as QAFlagging and resolving technical issuesManagement of Site Engineering staff and subcontractorsBuilding continuous relationships with the client and Consulting teamsMinimum Requirements:A Civil Engineering qualificationExtensive previous highways/ major roads construction projectsExperience on large projects for tier one/principal contractorsSound management skillsCSCS, SMSTS, First AidThe client has been awarded Investors in People Silver and recognised as an Investor in Diversity.
