Senior Structural Engineer

Requirements:
Professionally Registered with ECSA
Experience: 10 or more years on structural engineering projects, ideally in healthcare and technology sectors.
Skills:

Managing and leading small to medium-sized teams
Delivering own work in connection with other related work streams and broader project goals
Independently planning and managing client and external relationships
Monitoring client service standards for the project
Resolving complex technical issues without established precedent
Setting a culture of excellence, quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Encouraging and leading creative activities
Commitment to professional development and mentoring junior staff
Conversant with design codes and leading industry analysis and design software
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and working as part of a larger team
Strong commercial awareness and resource management for financial targets and deadlines
Developing successful client and team relationships quickly
