Our Client is seeking an experienced and dynamicSenior Store Managerto oversee the operations of aFresh Produce – Fruit and Vegretail store in Mafikeng. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fresh produce, customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize freshness and availability.
Implement and monitor health, safety, and food quality standards.

Sales and Financial Performance:
Drive sales targets and profitability through effective merchandising and customer service.
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
Prepare and manage budgets, including cost control and expense management.

Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet operational goals.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any staff concerns promptly.

Customer Experience:
Ensure a clean, well-organized, and welcoming shopping environment.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
