Senior Store Manager Blue Downs (Cape Town)Cape TownSalary: ZAR 300000 - 400000DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/take-awayEnsuring quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are maintainedOverseeing and managing stock control, purchasing, and ordersDealing with customer complaints and maintaining customer service levelsMaximising profitability and meeting sales and GP% targets, including motivating staffManaging staff including discipline and work rostersWorking within a team to drive the restaurant/take-away forwardEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsConducting daily opening and closing proceduresImplementing marketing activities and ensuring promotion and incentive programmes are introducedManaging customer service relations and ensuring complaints are handled within the required time frameEnsuring training programmes are in place for staff development and conducting regular structured staff meetingsLeading, training, and monitoring the performance of the team to increase productivity and profitabilityPerforming evaluations of staff performanceREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 3 years of experience in Restaurant and Fast-Food ServiceGAAP + Micros experience and knowledge - AdvantageousStrong organizational skillsExcellent customer service and verbal communication skills
